Amanda Haugh

District Manager Trainee

I am pleased and proud to announce that Amanda Haugh has accepted the offer to become the 3rd District Manager.

Amanda will remain the GM in Thornbury while she works through an intensive DM training period. We foresee a training schedule that will take us in to 2008 before Amanda actually becomes District Manager of her stores.

Amanda has a long history with Isaac's, starting in 1996 working for Greg Drake in Oakhurst. During the subsequent years, she worked with Stacey Nicarry, Randy Ferree, Eve Platkin, Ruth Simione, Bill Vazquez, and Rob Commero. She was promoted to General Manager in Thornbury in 2004, where she has been working diligently to solve the puzzle of Isaac's in Chester County.

Amanda has a reputation for being a fantastic trainer, because she is hands on and thoroughly organized. She is a hard worker and isn't afraid of any job, or any hours.

We think Amanda will fit this role easily because of her effective relationships with the GMs in her new district. She has been responsible for Manager Training of several other GMs and AGMS who she will eventually supervise.

The preliminary list of the stores in the new "East" district are Thornbury, Lionville, Spring Ridge, Strasburg and Ephrata. Jen Shivery will remain as District Manager of these stores until the date when Amanda completes her DM Training, and is officially given the title and responsibility.
