Title: District Manager, Eastern District

Qualifications: Isaac's GM Experience
Job Expectations: Potentially long hours, including evenings and weekends
Work in stores, from home and office
Driving required
Responsibility for five stores
Work directly for President

Narrative:

We are seeking a 3rd District Manager, which will be a junior position through an extended training period. Our goal is to make this transition with as little disruption as possible. To this end, we will only be dividing one district, the Eastern District. Aside from potential 3rd DM candidates, this will allow the Western district to remain as is, providing consistency in DM leadership to at least half of the company.
Jen Shivery, as the most senior District Manager, will take on the additional responsibility of training the new District Manager. Getting a new DM will disrupt five stores, but they will continue to have continuity with Jen having primary duties to train the new DM. Our preliminary list of the stores in the new "Far East" district to be under the new DM is Thornbury, Lionville, Spring Ridge, Strasburg, and Ephrata.
