William Lee Salsbury
Promotion to
General Manager in Spring Ridge

It gives me great pleasure to announce William "Lee" Salsbury as GM at Isaac's in Spring Ridge. Lee will be replacing Chad Martin on May 28th. Chad will be off on his big adventure later this year, with Rob Commero, as co-owners of the Rock Hill Tavern.

Lee started working for Isaac's in 2004, and worked his way quickly to AGM. He graduated GMT last month.

Lee has tons of experience in the restaurant industry. He has an Associates degree in Restaurant and Hotel management from Penn State (Berks Campus), and he worked for the Olde Greenfield Inn for 5 or 6 years before coming to Isaac's. He is very proud of what he did to build Olde Greenfield Inn's catering business from the ground up.

Lee lives in Lancaster City, but is soon moving to Millersville. After that, he plans to relocate to the Ephrata area. Thank goodness for the new Rt. 222!

He is a hard worker who leads by example. We look forward to Isaac's continued success in Spring Ridge under Lee's leadership.
